I called all over Fresno for a phone battery repair. I spoke with George over the phone and he set correct and great expectations for what I needed to purchase and repair. He assured me of all the costs upfront and was transparent with me the entire time. He went above and beyond and I will definitely come back for future repairs. Update (7/29/24) George and all the employees at U-Tec are professionals in their craft. They do everything in their power to make the customers experience less troublesome. I overheard other clients say that the Apple Store recommended U-Tec for repairs. They are honest experts and I will definitely come back for future repairs. Spread the word and get your phone fixed here!

My iPhone speaker was having problems. I couldn’t hear anybody talking to me and they couldn’t hear me talking to them. He fixed it for a reasonable price. And then I came back a few days later and had my battery replaced because he pointed out to me that because of the age of my phone that’s why it wasn’t holding a charge very long. And fix that too for a Very reasonable price again. So knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, George.

Absolutely awesome experience. I came in looking for a very specific SIM tray for an older iPhone after searching everywhere, and they had exactly what I needed. The guy who helped me was super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking questions. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making a quick sale. This place saved me a ton of time and stress — definitely recommend if you need phone or tech help. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This is the place to go for all your tech needs. George is fantastic with computers, phones, storage, and high tech watches. Great customer service and professional services. Reasonable pricing for various projects. Have used them now several times. Great for yearly tune up for laptop as well.

I had taken my OLED Nintendo Switch to a different place before this one. A month passed and they weren’t successful. I had given up on fixing it for 6 months. Went to geek squad and they recommended these guys. So glad I went in, because now my switch is up and running. Friendly service and skilled employees.
